Wheat-free panckakes
These Pancakes are Packed with Protein and are Perfect for a Post work-out meal!

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 egg.
  1. Mash the bananas and add the lightly beaten egg and mix together.
  2. Heat a non- stick frying pan lightly greased with coconut oil.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of mixture into the frying pan.
  4. Flip when you see the bubbles have burst and gently brown the other side.
  5. Serve warm with berries, yoghurt or any other topping of your choice.
Some things that may be added to increase the nutritional value of these pancakes:
* ground flax seed - provide a lovely nutty taste and add omega 3 + 6
* ground almonds - add flavor and increase the protein content
* cinnamon - flavor
* vanilla - flavor
* protein powder

Suggestions for serving:
* blueberries, strawberries , blackberries , raspberries - high in vitamin C and anti- oxidants
* honey
* natural yogurt
